Ezekoye f\u00fcr ihre Ver\u00f6ffentlichung &#8222;<em>Characterizing Heat Release Rates Using an Inverse Fire Modeling Technique<\/em>&#8220; [cite source=&#8217;doi&#8216;]10.1007\/s10694-011-0250-9[\/cite] mit dem Harry C. Bigglestone Award ausgezeichnet. Die Autoren entwickelten ein Verfahren, das aus den mittels Sensoren aufgezeichneten Temperaturen in einem Brandraum die zugeh\u00f6rige W\u00e4rmefreisetzungskurve wiedergeben kann. Mit diesem Verfahren ist zuk\u00fcnftig ein besseres Verst\u00e4ndnis von Naturbr\u00e4nden m\u00f6glich und er\u00f6ffnet neue Wege im Bereich der Rekonstruktion von Br\u00e4nden.<\/p>\n<p>Wir gratulieren Kristopher und Ofodike sehr herzlich zu dieser Auszeichnung.<\/p>\n<p>Als Zeichen der Wertsch\u00e4tzung dieser interessanten Arbeit, stellt der Springer Verlag den in der Fachzeitschrift <a href=\"http:\/\/link.springer.com\/journal\/10694\" title=\"Fire Technology Journal\" target=\"_blank\">Fire Technology<\/a> erschienenen Artikel, als &#8222;Open Access&#8220; Artikel zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am 12.
